Just a note about who we are, our qualifications and ethics.. We are a locally owned Tucson Company (Not a Phoenix spin off), with more than 20 years of experience. Member Alliance of Construction Trades, Tucson Utility Contractors Assoc., (BOMA) Builders and Owners Assoc., Co-Founder of The Tucson Asphalt Pavement Association, Supporter of (T.P.O.A.), Tucson Police Officers Assoc., and Casa De Los Ninos. Attended the Asphalt S.H.A.R.P. program at the University of Berkeley. We have General Engineering Licenses, (A and B4) which most of our competitors dont have and we are bonded and insured. We are proud to be the contractor of choice to re-do work done by several other paving crews We have completed a wide variety of projects including specification road work. We regularly engage in smart asphalt rubberized and geotextile fabric overlays, grading, paving, curb, concrete, underground utilities, retention basins, rip-rap, masonry, covered parking, cracksealing, sealcoating, striping, chipsealing, speed bumps, and more. We are a bulk supplier of pavement sealer and a full time pavement maintenance contractor. We use only the highest quality materials and we pay our bills. Sealcoat can be over-reduced with water, and pavement can be installed thinner than proposed. We suggest that when you are selecting your pavement contractor you consider the integrity of the company, and not just the price.
