I was treated to an enjoyable stay at a great price with really friendly staff and room service..I thought the "exec suite/king bed" was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and spacious desk to stretch out..free internet and long distance included...stayed through Sunday...on Sunday, the room was discounted from $70 to $45...all in all, a three day weekend for about $200 semolians...best value for price I can imagine..I'll go back there again...
Pros: everyone courteous
Cons: nothing I found wrong

The price was right and I've stayed at -Red Roofs' in New England and they were great! Apparently the service gets diluted as you move to the left coast!
Be greeted by the "coughing lady" who is all business and no personality. It appears she is there 24 & 7!
Find your room to be in order but no WiFi or comp'd internet access. It's a "pay as you go plan."
Don't plan on a hair dryer, either....but you can stick your head in the microwave!!??
If you stay over more than one night, don't expect more bath soap or hair shampoo, either. Use the hand soap, if there's any left.
Request a room at either end of the facility, not near the center stairway, elevator shaft, vending area because all you will hear all night is ice cubes dropping, door slamming and the "ding" of the elevator.
OH, and if you are lucky, the construction will be done next door so when you open your curtain in the AM several construction workers won't be staring into your window from accross the way!!
And the train? Goes by the crossing so often you'll hardly know it!
Pros: Cheap to sleep.....
Cons: ......if you can sleep!

First thing I noticed about this place is the musty smell. Upon arriving into our room, I noticed a yellow ring around the toilet...gross! We asked the receptionist to call for a maid to clean it the next day and it wasn't. Our shower didn't drain. By the end of my shower, the tub was filled almost to the brim with water. We asked for a different room and the receptionist said they're fully booked..which is absolute BS because there were only 6 other cars parked outside. The maids didn't provide fresh towels the next day either. My husband almost fell out of the window 4 stories up because there's no screen (he was shaking dirt off his shoes from ATV-ing). Hey, if you like looking at endless mounds of dirt and the freeway outside your window as a view, book this place!
