Born : Rio de Janiero, Brazil in 1959 to American Diplomats serving the US Embassy overseas:
Childhood spent in Ecuador, Portugal, Bangladesh and India. Some schooling at Western Reserve Academy, Hudson, Ohio in 9th and Tenth grades before returning to India and Washington DC.
First college year at Edinboro State after summer schooling at Parsons in N.Y.C.
Nine years in the Bay Area : 1979-1989.
A BFA from California College of Arts in Oakland in 1982.

Two years in Taos N.M. 1989-1991.
Two years in Emeryvile, Ca and 3 months time in Sydney Australia 1991-1993.
1993-2005 lived in Taos N.M. with winters in Lake Havasu City from 1998-2005.
Currently residing in Tucson Arizona. Photographing mostly landscapes and travel images
